FRONT OF HOUSE BAR & WAITING STAFF

Full-time Team Member
If you have some experience working in a dining pub/hotel environment and want to take your career to the next level, we are recruiting a full-time member of our team who can help ensure a smooth service, leading part-time team members and performing a supervisory role on occasions when needed e.g. covering holidays. The ideal candidate will have some experience, ideally in similar dining pubs, but full training will be given so that you are well prepared to deal with all customer needs in a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful manner. Your role will include greeting guests, taking orders, bar service, checking in guests, cleaning and other day-to-day tasks. You must be over 18 to work behind the bar. Working hours includes evenings and weekends.

All food is freshly prepared on site, using quality ingredients from local suppliers to produce exciting seasonal menus along with pub classics.
Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
We are looking to recruit a Sous or Senior Sous Chef with a fresh food background and someone who understands seasonal produce. As the Senior Sous you will need to be able to help run the kitchen in a disciplined and systematic manner with strong administrative and management skills and the abilities to delegate and develop other staff. You will be experienced in cooking to a high level equivalent to at least two rosettes.
Chef De Partie (full- or part-time)
We are looking for passionate CDP who is eager to learn and has a good eye for detail. Duties include meal preparation and service and maintaining the hygiene standard of the kitchens, training and encouraging junior staff, assisting in the design of new menus and special menus and supporting the front of house team. Experience is necessary and a Catering and Food and Hygiene qualification is preferred but you will be trained to serve freshly prepared food to a high standard.
Commis Chef (full- or part-time)
You should have a good working knowledge of foods and be familiar with working in a busy kitchen environment as well as strong communication skills and a passion for excellence. Training will be provided and you should have a desire to learn and develop.
Kitchen Porter (full-time)
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment. Main duties include pot wash and clean up of food preparation areas during and at the end of service, basic food preparation, dealing with deliveries and stocking, replenishing cutlery and plates, whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Breakfast Chef (part-time)
If you are a morning person and enjoy cooking for a crowd with high-quality ingredients, we have a new role for a Breakfast Chef.
