KITCHEN

Our Kitchen team delivers high-quality modern British cooking using classical skills. All food is freshly prepared on site, using quality ingredients from local suppliers to produce exciting seasonal menus along with pub classics.

Chef de Partie

Be responsible for meal preparation and service for your own station.

FRONT OF HOUSE

Our Front of House team are the face of our business, for making everyone feel welcome, well looked after, and wanting to come back again and again. As well as knowing what wine goes with what, they also need to remember your favourite table, your dog’s name, the best local walks…

Evening Waiting Staff

Make every guest feel welcome and ensure they have a great experience, with professional but warm service.
