Assistant General Manager

What we're looking for

As a member of the management team at The Greyhound Inn, you will be responsible for leading the team to make every guest’s visit to us a relaxing and enjoyable experience, providing a professional service but with warmth and personality.

Key Responsibilites

  • Support daily operations of pub & rooms
  • Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house team
  • Manage bookings, rotas, and training
  • Ensure H&S, licensing, and food hygiene compliance
  • Manage suppliers and stock
  • Deputise for the General Manager when required

About You

  • Management experience in a quality pub, restaurant, or hotel
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Confident leading a busy service while inspiring a team
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Full-time, 4.5 days week. Live in available.
