Assistant General Manager
What we're looking for
As a member of the management team at The Greyhound Inn, you will be responsible for leading the team to make every guest’s visit to us a relaxing and enjoyable experience, providing a professional service but with warmth and personality.
Key Responsibilites
- Support daily operations of pub & rooms
- Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house team
- Manage bookings, rotas, and training
- Ensure H&S, licensing, and food hygiene compliance
- Manage suppliers and stock
- Deputise for the General Manager when required
About You
- Management experience in a quality pub, restaurant, or hotel
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Confident leading a busy service while inspiring a team
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Full-time, 4.5 days week. Live in available.
