We looked back at our opening menu on Saturday 28th November, 2015 (yes, we kept them all!) and Chef John Harrison has picked his favourites to recreate as a special menu for the week. And the good news? The prices are also from 2015!
So here is our Throwback 2015 Menu which will be available Monday to Friday (excluding Thursday evening which we are dedicating to creating canapés for our Drinks Evening. You can order any one of the courses or all of them:
- Chicken liver parfait, apricot & ginger chutney, toast £6.50
- Slow-braised beef shin, winter vegetables, buttered chard, dumpling & red wine jus £15.50
- Gingerbread-spiced sponge pudding, apple & custard £6.50
