As Senior Bartender, you will have a proven track-record of working in a similar establishment to ours, with friendly, attentive, yet unobtrusive service delighting all our customers. If you are an experienced front of house person with bar, floor, cellar and stock management experience, with an outgoing, positive personality, exceptional attention to detail and good organisational skills we would love to talk to you.

Our bar menu includes a range of home-made cocktails, a well-curated gin menu and am award-winning beer and ale selection, as well as an extensive wine list, including around 20 by the glass.

Responsibilities include:

• having sole responsibility for the smooth running of the bar, including managing and monitoring bar stock ordering
• maintaining the highest level of cellar hygiene
• wine and beer knowledge including real ales (a Cask-marque qualification is a bonus)
• ability to make cocktails under pressure
• delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors and knowing your top 100 customers and their drinks
• taking initiative with pro-active, point-of-sale drinks promotions, and with an interest in social media marketing
• dealing with enquiries by email, phone and in person in a friendly, helpful manner including the use of various electronic booking systems
• leading by example to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
• working closely with all areas of the business to ensure good communication and striving to improve our offering at all times
